Miracle on 34th Street

Take a walk down the brightest street in Baltimore! Baltimore’s favorite Christmas tradition is back again this year. Bundle up, head to Hampden and enjoy a block full of beautiful light displays. Some houses will even let you inside to check out local art. There is usually hot chocolate and entertainment available on the sidewalks. Start the night with dinner on The Avenue or end it with drinks at nearby Rocket to Venus.
Symphony of Lights
Date: November 27, 2019 – January 1, 2020
Time: Evenings – Weekdays, 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Weekends, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Location: Merriweather Post Pavillion

Cost: $20 per car
*Active military and veterans can get in for $10 a car on Thursdays
Roughly 30 minutes South of Baltimore, the Symphony of Lights drive-through is known for its intricate and beautiful displays every year. Tune in to 105.5 FM to listen to synchronized Christmas music as you cruise down the windy roads of Merriweather.

Festival of Lights
Date: November 29, 2019 – January 1, 2020
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Location: Watkins Regional Park

Cost: $10 per car/ $8 if purchased online
Another drive- through event sure to impress! A family fun event with over 2 million Christmas lights, one of the largest Christmas trees in the state, and a life size Gingerbread House display. Included in admission are Festival Spectacles which will allow you to see the holographic images within certain displays.
Donations of canned goods are encouraged and will be donated to local food banks.
Christmas Village in Baltimore

Cost: FREE outdoor area admission (heated festival tent tickets, $5)
A full-blown German Christmas market in the heart of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The market offers local food and drink vendors, live performances, a lit Christmas tree, an ice rink, and plenty of light displays.
Parking deal: $8 all day, 24/7 parking across the street at SP + Harbor Court Garage. Get “regular” ticket from garage, enter the festival and head to the Info Booth, where you will recieve your “second”/discounted ticket. Be sure to present that second one when leaving the garage.

Lights on the Bay
Date: November 24, 2019 – January 1, 2020
Time: Evenings, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Location: Sandy Point State Park
Off Route 50, at exit 32 near the Bay Bridge
Cost: $20 per car
Taking place at Sandy Point Park, this event offers a 2.5 mile bayside drive through over 70 animated light displays.
All proceeds benefit the SPCA of Anne Arundel County.

North Pole Lights Walk
Date: November 23, 2019 – December 23, 2019
Time: Friday & Saturday evenings only, 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Sunday December 22nd & Monday December 23rd, too)
Location: Willow Oak Flower & Herb Farm

Cost: $7 for adults, $5 for children
A self-guided walking tour through garden flowers and arctic animals leading you to the North Pole Palace. There, you’ll find Santa in his Garden Cabin. Be sure to explore all trails to find fun displays like the Gingerbread House, Polar Bear Central and the barn- equipped with hot chocolate for all!
