City Paper’s Free Movie Night tonight

The City Paper is hosting tonight (Jan. 24) its annual Free Movie Night (formerly “Reader Appreciation Night”). To thank its readers, they will open up the doors of The Charles Theatre for one night only, and the first 800 people in the door will get to see their choice of one of the five movies playing for free.

Doors open at 6 p.m., attendees must line up outside before then. All movies start at 7 p.m. Beer and your usual movie concessions will be available for purchase.

The free movie selections are:

  • The Artist
  • Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy
  • A Dangerous Method
  • My Week with Marilyn
  • Carnage
